**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Business Execution Senior Manager** to lead **Business Capability Enablement** for the **Corporate Properties Group (CPG).** This role is accountable for enabling large‑scale service delivery transformation through the design and execution of integrated business capabilities—spanning process, technology, and data.
This leader will partner closely with CPG leadership, Wells Fargo Technology, Data Management and Insights, Risk Management, strategic service providers, and enterprise partners including Corporate Security, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Legal.
The role provides application business ownership, capability leadership, and intake/prioritization governance to modernize the CPG technology landscape, improve decision‑making, and increase operational throughput at scale.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead the development of business capability requirements across CPG functions and impacted lines of business to enable scalable service delivery and improved decision‑making.
+ Drive service delivery transformation by grounding solutions in industry standards and leading practices, reducing fragmentation across processes, tools, and data.
+ Ensure traceability between business outcomes, requirements, and enterprise platforms.
+ Serve as application business owner for the CPG application portfolio (approximately 30 applications), accountable for value realization and lifecycle alignment to business capabilities.
+ Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Wells Fargo Technology to rationalize the portfolio and align to target‑state platforms.
+ Overhaul the approach for defect, enhancement, and improvement intake and prioritization, establishing a capability‑based process and tooling model that accelerates delivery and improves transparency. Includes partnership with groups to deliver data and reporting.
+ Identify and support change management and adoption solutions, including supplemental learning, to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
+ Partner with Wells Fargo Technology and CPG technology strategy leaders to inform and execute multi‑year technology roadmaps, ensuring capability needs drive sequencing and investment decisions.
+ Partner on the line‑of‑business investment funding process, contributing capability‑driven inputs to business cases, prioritization, and ongoing monitoring.
+ Lead, develop, and engage a team of approximately 10 professionals and coordinate delivery with external consultants and strategic partners.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years Management or leadership experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ In‑depth knowledge of large‑scale real estate management and operations, including capital planning, portfolio management, service delivery, and supporting technology.
+ Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology
+ Experience partnering with technology organizations on application portfolios and modernization efforts.
+ Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
+ Experience designing and enabling business capabilities that integrate process, technology, and data at scale.
+ Ability to lead through ambiguity and operate effectively across multiple enterprise partners.
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, in alignment with Wells Fargo’s hybrid work policies.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%
