Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of businessEngage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiativesIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control developmentMake decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectivesCollaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partnersInteract directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and ExecutionManage allocation of people and financial resources for Business ExecutionMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the Banking industryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experiencePeople management experience with in depth knowledge of retail core operations, consumer banking processing is preferredAdvanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected resultsHands on experience with Retail Banking application is preferredHands on expertise with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, Confluence etc…Hands on experience in automation will be an added advantageExperience in User Acceptance development & implementationKnowledge and in depth understanding of business tools and processesStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountabilityStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlineExperience developing and cultivating professional relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutionsProficient in data management and working with databasesAbility to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologiesA “go-getter” attitude, passion to constantly improve and perform at the highest levelPlanning, implementing and quality assurance for large testing projects to include test automation, test data management/analytics and innovative uses of technology or data analytics to enhance testing efficiency.Training team members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environmentSharing your knowledge and developing tools and enablers to build capability for the team / service
Job Expectations:
Perform test management activities including Capacity planning, stakeholder managementCreation of test strategy, test plans, test scripts, script execution for Retail Core Operations applicationsPerform Manual and automated testingLead the BRD and FSD reviews.Prepare and provide status reporting, defect triage, test summary, testing traceability.Lead meetings and reviews as needed with Operations and other stakeholders.Agile testing responsibilities include: grooming sessions, sprint planning and participation, daily SCRUM calls. Partner & lead the interactions with the Line of Business, Risk/Compliance, and technology partners across OperationsInfluence & manage the stakeholders across Operations, Technology & Product teamsPerform and lead manual and automated testingConsult with users providing advice and directionDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processesResearch system features being testedPartner with Engineers to develop testing strategyLog, track and verify resolution of software and specification defectsUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staffMotivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentWork and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
