The successful candidate will be an automation expert for UAT team of WIM. Key responsibility will be:
Design, customization and optimization of test suites for web and desktop-based applicationsWork closely with various business and technical groups with both digital and mainframe capabilities to pursue and deliver automated solutions that drive efficiency and bring the Testing Services vision and strategy to lifePerform Manual and automated testingParticipating in BRD and FSD reviews.Provide status reporting, defect triage, test summary, testing traceability.Conduct meetings and reviews as needed with Operations and other stakeholders.Agile testing responsibilities include: grooming sessions, sprint planning and participation, daily SCRUM calls. Understand the existing automation framework and write automation code to automate the test casesPartner with the Line of Business, Risk/Compliance, and technology partners across OperationsPerform manual and automated testingConsult with users providing advice and directionDevelop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readinessDrive innovation and streamline overall testing processesResearch system features being testedLog, track and verify resolution of software and specification defectsUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

As part of the centralization of UAT testing strategy, a UAT COE is formed at Wells Fargo India & Philippines. The potential candidates are required to have in-depth understanding and experience of UAT or QA in their current or previous roles
