Business Execution Associate - Platform Coaching

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join our Advisor Platform Coaching group within Wealth & Investment Management. In this role, you will:

Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field regarding Financial Advisor (FA) and Digital Platform tools and applications such as Advisor Gateway / SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applicationsProvide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partnersProvide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groupsParticipate in all required training and remain current on all application releases and updatesCollaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholdersAssist with initiatives and deliverables and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performanceProvide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicableReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiativesMay provide training and onboarding to new or less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
 

Desired Qualifications:

Coaching and training experience in the financial services industryExperience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentationsKnowledge and understanding of sales and marketing: growing a business or portfolio of clientsExperience supporting Advisor Gateway/ SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applicationsCustomer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practicesIntermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsFINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
