Business Development Representative (French-Speaking) – UK
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic French-speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Europe. This role will focus on pipeline generation, lead qualification, and sales cycle support for the French-speaking market.The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, fluent in French and English, and confident in engaging with prospective customers to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach, social selling, and professional networking. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer challenges, objectives, and requirements. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and clearly articulate the company’s value proposition. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations, and hand over qualified opportunities to the field sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and pipeline contribution. Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead-nurturing campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives. Share insights and feedback with sales and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
