If you're looking for meaningful, flexible part-time work where you can make a real impact, we would LOVE to talk to you about joining our team!   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission.   This role has potential to become full-time within 6–12 months based on performance and business growth.   WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION: + Identify and develop new referral sources in the Avondale, Ortega, Riverside, and West Jacksonville areas. + Actively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email, and in-person meetings (local travel required). + Build and maintain trusted relationships with community partners, service providers, and senior-focused organizations. + Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectives. + Utilize branded materials, social media tools, training content, and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awareness. + Participate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the market. + Provide regular activity reports and performance updates.   CORE COMPETENCIES + Respect and appreciation for seniors and their families. + Exceptional customer service and communication skills. + High integrity, honesty, and ethical standards. + Local community knowledge and networking aptitude. + Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively. + Sales and marketing experience is a plus. + Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Docs, Sheets and CRM tools. + Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events. REQUIREMENTS + High school diploma (college degree preferred). + Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. + Able to work 15–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling. + Flexibility to work from home, mandatory in-person weekly meeting  + Must pass a pre-employment background check.   COMPENSATION + $18–$22/hour based on experience in sales, senior services, or local networking. + Performance bonuses based on closed referrals and company profitability. + Use of company-issued iPad and mobile devices.
