Job Duties & Responsibilities + Identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers withinFortune 500 global companiesto generate new business opportunities for PRGX’sprofit recovery and contract compliance services. + Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities using amulti-channel approach, including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels. + Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding client needs, challenges, and potential value alignment with PRGX’s service offerings. + Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up, personalized messaging, and value-based conversations. + Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives and account executives to ensure effective handoff of qualified opportunities and coordinated account strategies. + Conduct ongoingmarket and account researchto stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target account priorities. + Maintain accurate, timely records of all prospecting activity, communications, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. + Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-generation targets in a fast-paced sales environment. Knowledge & Qualifications + Minimum2+ years of experiencein outbound sales, sales development, or business development (BDR/SDR role required). + Proven experience prospecting intoenterprise or Fortune 500 organizations. + Fluency inEnglish, German, and Spanishwith the ability to conduct professional sales conversations in all three languages. + Strong working knowledge ofSalesforceand sales intelligence/engagement tools such asSalesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar platforms. + Comfortable executing ahigh-activity, multi-channel outreach strategy. + Demonstrated track record ofexceeding sales or performance targets. + Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. + Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with a strong “hunter” mentality. + Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision. + University degree in a related field or equivalent professional sales experience. Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience infinancial services, profit recovery, contract compliance, or related consulting/professional services environments. + Experience selling or supportingB2B SaaS or tech-enabled services. + Background as atop-performing SDR/BDRin a high-growth sales organization.
