Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager - Philippines is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and devising and implementing the sales campaigns and strategies in assigned markets; achieving revenue and sales targets and KPIs; informing marketing priorities; identifying and nurturing High-Value Opportunities (HVOs); and working closely with strategic partners and stakeholders within a specified region to meet business metrics.

Michigan Language Assessment is seeking candidates located in or around Manila, Philippines. Michigan Language Assessment supports a fully remote work from home schedule with occasionally scheduled in person activities.
Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Additional InformationSalary for the position is competitive, ranging from PHP80,000 to PHP95,000 per month.
This position requires both domestic and international travel for meetings. All applicants must possess a valid passport and the ability to travel. Additionally, flexibility in working hours will be important in order to accommodate different time zones.
