Business Development Manager - Payments Partnerships

**About the Role**
As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Business Development team is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to execute our largest Consumer Payment Partnerships.
You will be responsible for executing and expanding existing partnerships within our Consumer Portfolio. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, compliance, policy, marketing and operations.
This is an individual contributor role as a member on a high performing team. You will be the CEO of your portfolio responsible for leading a cross-functional team of stakeholders to maximize partnership value.
**What You'll Do**
+ Owner of a portfolio of Payment Partnerships; responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met and deal is executed to its full ability
+ Responsible for owning growth bets for each partnership
+ Leads a Cross-Functional team of Stakeholders to implement partnership
+ Responsible for monitoring partnership performance and reporting out insights to internal/external stakeholders
+ Collaborates with other BD stakeholders to assist in Deal renewals/Negotiation cycles
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Previous Partner Management or Account Management experience
+ 5+ years related experience in strategic partnerships, account management or business development
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in Payments industry
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$167,000 per year - USD$185,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
