Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Business Line China in the Motion Drive Products Division. This position offers career advancement in a global leader of LV Drives. You will work with the Business Line Head and Leadership Team to drive strategic growth in the China market, as well as with the global Strategy team on topics of relevance to the global Division.

You will be mainly accountable for:Develop, implement, and continuously refresh China StrategyDesign and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives with Business Line LTCollaborating across Drive Products division globally to ensure alignment, efficiency,
and effectiveness of Local Division China StrategyAccelerate the Business Line strategy through M&A. Manage the full M&A lifecycle – pipeline generation, outreach, target development, deal execution, and integration with support from relevant BL and global teamsBuild partnerships with China industrial start-ups and venture capitalSupport management in evaluating opportunities and leading special projects

Qualifications for the role 10 years’ experience developing and executing business strategies in the electrification or automation industryGood understanding on competition landscape and market development trendDeep understanding of market needs, growth segments, value proposition development and operationsBachelor’s or Master’s in a technical or financial fieldFluent in EnglishEntrepreneurial, assertive, and influential across all levelsStrong strategic, communication, and collaboration skillsAgile and adaptable in various settings and cultures
