In this role, you’ll identify and develop strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive transactional and revenue growth as part of our broader Beyond strategy, which focuses on expanding our digital capabilities and strengthening partner ecosystems. You’ll work closely with Account Payout Network (APN) and mobile wallet operators across the region—leading deal negotiation and execution, enhancing service quality, and ensuring exceptional partner success.

You’ll analyse performance and competitive trends to support new product and pricing opportunities, contributing directly to our long-term vision and regional growth plans.

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with (Account Payout Network) APN and mobile wallet operators.  Drive regional growth through go-to-market strategies, pricing proposals, and new product initiatives.  Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contract compliance with internal and regulatory standards.  Oversee partner onboarding, transaction processing, and operational performance.  Collaborate with finance, treasury, and compliance teams on settlements, liquidity, and reconciliations.  Act as a liaison between partners and product teams to support solution development and customization.  Monitor KPIs, analyse market data, and resolve service quality issues to ensure partner satisfaction.  Align cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvements.  Work closely with business, compliance, finance, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.  Support internal teams in resolving service quality issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

Role requirements

Around 5–6 years of experience building and managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, or expanding partner networks.  3–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within remittance, digital payments, or banking—but we’re open to related industries if you bring strong transferable skills.  Proven track record in managing partnerships and achieving revenue goals.  Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
