Role and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
Own day-to-day operations of Samsung device trade-in programs across online and offline channelsDrive partner onboarding, activation, and performance management for Samsung Wallet in the Philippine marketMonitor program KPIs including trade-in attachment rate and revenue, device value, and wallet partner performanceCollaborate with Sales and Retail teams to align trade-in and wallet programs with key product launches, promotions, and channel prioritiesPartner with Product and Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking for trade-in and wallet initiativesWork with external vendors and partners to ensure operation efficiency, accurate device valuation based on market trends, process improvements, and optimized customer value offersIdentify opportunities to optimize program mechanics, drive adoption, and enhance customer experiencePrepare performance reports, insights, and recommendationsSkills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:
Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate strategy into executionExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environmentData-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reportingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detailHigh sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptabilityBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or relevant systems is an advantageWilling to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig#LI-SEPCO
