Job Description Summary

Generate sales with existing customers and develop and secure opportunities with new customers. Represent C&W in the market to build brand awareness, generate leads, and close Property & Facilities Management contracts. Be responsible for RFP and tender response management including preparing proposals, presentations, pricing templates, and pitching to clients.

Main Responsibilities

Generate sales with existing customers and develop and close sales opportunities with new customersReport back on a monthly/bi-weekly/weekly basis to the Head of Property & Asset Manager and participate in the monthly business review meetingsAssess client requirements and customize projects as per their needsApproach potential clients, give advice on business opportunities, sell C&W services, conduct market analysis, financial feasibility study and presentation for the projects to be proposed, prepare proposals and RFP responses, prepare BTR’s for review and presentation to internal stakeholders, source and present to potential C&W customers, prepare presentations  Establish and maintain customer satisfaction to a high levelAnalyze market and make recommendations to related departments and translate to company strategic sales planningReview and monitor KPI’s and key terms in all C&W Thailand property and facilities management contracts, negotiate renewals, new contracts, expiriesCoordinate in processes from the new approach to the entire tender process (e.g. attending site briefing, costing provisions, quality proposal, tender submission / interview)Conduct regular site visits and perform annual evaluations with clients to assess the service provided under each contract.

Job Specifications

Degree or higher in Marketing or Business AdministrationAt least 7 years of experiences in sales, business development, marketing or related, preferable within a large MNCGood interpersonal and relationship skillsAble to communicate in English, written and spokenGood negotiation abilitiesPossess a basic understanding of building regulations and related legal mattersSelf-confident and pleasant personalityGood analytical mindset Good service mind and customer oriented
