Business Development Manager 2
**Job Title: Business Development Manager 2** **Location: Fully Remote (U.S. – any time zone; Dallas preferred but not required)** **Duration: 7 Months (Extension s possible but dependent on transition off contractor support)** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week** **Pay Rate Range: $20 to $25/hr** **Key Responsibilities** + **Establish and maintain communication across business units and project teams** + **Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications and business metrics** + **Create, analyse, and distribute operational reports** + **Support resource allocation and staffing processes** + **Review contracts, cost proposals, and project supplements** + **Build and maintain project/work breakdown structures** + **Establish and document business processes** + **Track budgets and expenditures; monitor costs against forecasts** + **Identify potential budget overruns and recommend solutions** **Required Skills (Top Must-Haves)** 1. **Data Analysis – 2+ years** 2. **M365 Suite (Excel, Office, Teams) – 2+ years** 3. **Cross-team collaboration & ability to manage repetitive operational tasks** **Additional Required Qualifications** + **Strong verbal and written communication skills** + **Ability to work independently and manage time effectively** + **Attention to detail and stakeholder/customer service skills** + **Ability to analyse business trends and financial data** + **Knowledge of business operations, resource planning, and budgeting principles** **Preferred Qualifications** + **Experience supporting larger programs or resource management** + **Prior Microsoft experience (nice to have)** + **Strong stakeholder communication and soft skills** + **Experience in consulting, client/project management, or business development** **Education & Experience** **Minimum:** + **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field** **AND 1+ year of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or similar** **OR equivalent experience** **Preferred:** + **Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience** If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
