Business Development Manager – Trades Industry (Houston, TX)

What You’ll Do: Develop and expand relationships with builders, contractors, and industry professionals. Drive sales growth within the residential and commercial construction markets. Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture market share. Read and interpret blueprints to assist in sales and project planning (preferred). Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including both inside and outside sales reps. Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape and execute sales initiatives. Travel within the Houston, Dallas, and Austin markets to engage with clients and drive revenue. What We’re Looking For: Industry experience in the trades (garage doors, flooring, windows, concrete, or similar). Strong background in B2B sales, particularly with builders and contractors. Proven ability to generate and close deals in a competitive market. Leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
