We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader that is passionate about products and brands. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth minded Program Manager to help accelerate the go to market strategy of Amazon Owned Brands portfolio, including commercialization strategy and marketing plans. In this role you will be in-charge of designing marketing campaigns, managing promotions and optimizing traffic levers.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, and have superb analytical skills to effectively build customer-driven marketing plans. They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key job responsibilities
• Understand market trends and build business cases for new marketing opportunities.
• Manage campaigns lifecycle from ideation through go to market.
• Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done."
• Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members locally and globally.
• Be responsible for building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets, including uplift and ROI of marketing initiatives
• Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
• Map customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of site features that provide Amazon customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
