Position Overview:
Certinal is seeking highly motivated Business Development Interns to join our rapidly growing sales development team. As a BD intern, you will be a key driver of new business growth, responsible for generating qualified leads, identifying decision-makers, and creating pipeline for our sales team.
In this role, you'll establish Certinal as the trusted partner for digital signature and e-consent solutions across enterprise companies. You'll leverage data-driven prospecting, multi-channel engagement, and deep industry knowledge to identify prospects facing compliance challenges and operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively contact potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Prospecting & Qualification: Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on product needs. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and track progress. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and improve conversion rates. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for lead generation. Market Research: Stay updated on procurement industry trends and competitor offerings
