Business Development Fleet Coordinator

**About the Role**
The EMEA mobility business is building a Fleet Account Management team with the main objective of helping Fleets grow and boost their efficiencies on the platform.
We are looking for a self-motivated, autonomous, and well-organized Fleet Account Management to join the team to support Operations with a focus on growth and expansions in the operated markets.
What the Candidate Will Do
1. Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets), prepare comprehensive data analysis using available tools, and offer personalized recommendations, aiming for business optimization and Fleets growth;
2. Negotiate and close commercial deals with Fleets, such as car branding and other different type of initiatives to boost supply;
3. Solve fleet partner requests and escalations in a timely manner and follow up on recommendations being implemented;
4. Support in creating processes in order to optimize the acquiring and engagement of our partners;
5. Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners;
6. Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned areas - Fleet Management & Acquisition by sharing learnings and insights and offering recommendations;
7. Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders in Uber (Operations, Customer Support etc)
Basic Qualifications
1. English language - Fluent; German - Fluent
2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role
3. Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt the approach for internal versus external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience in sales, B2B or key account management
2. Business acumen
3. Analytical skills
