This role combines deep retail industry knowledge with AI solution expertise to drive business growth in German-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and demonstrating how our AI-powered solutions transform retail operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead business development initiatives across German-speaking territories (DACH region)Build and maintain relationships with key retail industry decision-makersCreate and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growthPresent SymphonyAI's retail solutions to prospective clients in their native languageCollaborate with product teams to ensure solutions meet local market needsDevelop compelling business cases and ROI analysesNavigate complex sales cycles from initial contact through to closeWork closely with implementation teams to ensure successful solution deliveryRepresent SymphonyAI at industry events and trade showsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management

What You Need:

Native German language skills with professional English proficiency, additional languages are advantageous5+ years of business development or sales experience in retail technologyProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing territory revenueStrong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and supply chainExperience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutionsExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain C-level relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
