Business Development Executive (Nursing Home Sales)
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our healthcare technology client's team in Western, PA. This client provides an online marketplace, connecting skilled and dependable clinicians with healthcare providers to fill unfilled shifts for skilled nursing and assisted living communities. The platform helps clients reduce labor costs by allowing them to set their own rates. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A qualified candidate will have preexisting relationships with nursing home stakeholders in the Western, PA area. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the company’s client base and increase sales. • Present services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to create and implement sales strategies. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and key performance metrics. • Represent Bravo Care at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company’s offerings. • Ensure all relevant documentation (calls, notes, deals, etc.) is properly entered into the Sales CRM (Fresh Sales). • Work with stakeholders to continuously refine and elevate their pitch, ensuring unique differentiators are clearly communicated. Skills and Requirements • Minimum of three (3) years business development experience at both the corporate (parent) and facility (child) levels in nursing homes in the Western, PA area • Existing relationships with nursing homes in the local area • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in CRM software (Fresh Sales) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Passionate about driving growth and meeting sales targets.
