Business Development Executive

Primary Purpose

Drives sales and market development by acquiring new customers up to machine installed & operated

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Generate and qualify leadsPrepare sales action plans and schedulesMake sales calls to new clientsDevelop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsNegotiate with clientsDevelop sales proposalsPresent sales contractsFollow up on sales activityMonitor and report on sales activities and follow up for managementOther projects those may assign by Direct SuperiorObey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organizationObey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree, preferably in scienceWorking experience in sales minimum 5 years with good track recordHas supervisory experiences (handling multiple sales area / provinces)Comprehensive understanding of health sciencesExperience in health care industry (medical equipment/ device) or pharmaceuticalProven ability to promote and sell products and servicesProven ability to achieve sales targets
