We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic, design-driven studio in Midtown Manhattan. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to firm leadership and internal teams—helping drive marketing strategy, support client outreach, and manage the systems that fuel our business development efforts. What You’ll DoDevelop and execute marketing strategies and targeted outreach initiativesSupport client engagement through networking, email campaigns, social media, meeting preparation, and follow-upMaintain and manage our CRM system (Zoho), including contact management and opportunity trackingTrack, coordinate, and support responses to RFQs, RFPs, and interview submissionsAssist in creating proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentationsMaintain and update marketing collateral, project descriptions, narratives, visuals, and social graphicsCollaborate with internal teams to craft clear, compelling project storiesSupport branding initiatives, award submissions, and firm-wide marketing effortsAnalyze business development activity to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunitiesWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or communicationsProven experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, or client-facing presentationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, AI platforms, and CRM systems (Zoho strongly preferred)Ability to collaborate across teams and work closely with firm leadershipNice to HaveExperience in architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate environmentsHands-on experience managing Zoho CRMStrong networking and relationship-building skillsGenuine interest in architecture, design, branding, and the built environmentOur Studio CultureThis is a full-time, in-office role based in our Midtown Manhattan studio. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
