Professional Development: Proactively complete all Spherion-mandated training and stay current on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activity, client communications, and lead progress to ensure transparent and data-driven decision-making.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and high-impact client meetings.
Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, transforming initial contacts into long-term strategic partnerships through consistent follow-up and value-added consulting.
Market Intelligence & Pre-Call Strategy: Conduct deep-dive research into prospective companies to identify pain points and business needs, ensuring all outreach is personalized and high-impact.

Collaborative Sales Engagement: Coordinate and lead joint client meetings in partnership with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and executive leadership to close complex deals.
