Your Role:
The Business Development and Capture Manager (Weapons Systems) will lead capture activities to secure new business and support organic growth across existing contracts within NGA’s weapons systems portfolio. Working under the guidance of the Director Future Business, you will shape capture strategy, coordinate proposal activities, and deliver value-for-money solutions aligned to NGA’s strategic objectives.

About You:
You are an experienced capture or project management professional with a strong Army or land domain background, bringing deep understanding of combined-arms land systems and Australian Defence capability needs. You are comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments and translating operational requirements into compelling capture strategies.
