Business Development
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and identify project pipelines and evaluate specific business opportunities in Indonesia
+ Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Conduct financial feasibility studies, market research, competitor analysis, and planning to define, identify, and implement market entry strategies.
+ Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers and build relationships with prospective customers.
+ Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities.
+ Conduct market opportunity assessments to find leads and drive a continuous pipeline of sales.
+ Support the proposal process for pursuits and ensure that win strategies are incorporated into the proposals.
+ Support the preparation of qualifications, questionnaires, presentations, tenders, quotations, and other pertinent data to support business development.
Required Qualifications:
+ At least 10-15 years of industry experience, within the Offshore Oil & Gas or Energy sector and preferably a degree in Engineering.
+ At least 5 to 7 years of work experience related to Business Development and already have relationship with existing Indonesian clients
+ + Demonstrated business acumen in balancing customer and business requirements.
+ Client-focused, solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills aimed at building and maintaining relationships.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills.
+ Good presentation skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
