Location: This role is required to live in Puerto Rico. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. When reporting to the office, the location will be in Puerto Rico-SAN JUAN, 411 CALLE SEGARRA MARGINAL AVE.

The Business Change Manager Sr is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. This role mainly will be focusing on the quality and experience framework, and serves as the liaison between the Quality Management and Stars Operations Department, the plans and the MSO to achieve those company objectives.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Assumes leadership and responsibility for specific projects and facilitates development of such projects for enhancement of quality and stars measures outcomes.Identifies process improvement opportunities across the organization, that can help enhance quality outcomes for clinical, operational or experience measures monitored by our regulators under the Medicare or Medicaid Lines of Business quality programs.Collaborates with the different units of the department for the creation and implementation of educational activities, and communication materials aimed at improving compliance with preventive care, the quality measures associated with the Stars Rating methodology, improving the experience of members, among others, depending on the department need.Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.Leads efforts to identify best practices.Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.Designs methods for integrating function and process.Conducts cost/benefit analyses.Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.Healthcare industry experience preferred.STARS and HEDIS quality measures experience strongly preferred.For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
