As a Finance and Business Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB)  Philippines Corporate Center Operations, you will provide guidance and business support to a team of over 3,000 employees. You will deliver business metrics reporting, workforce management, workplace resources management, and finance governance. In this role, you will lead performance improvements, drive productivity, and enhance process efficiencies. We act as trusted advisors and counterweights to Business and Group Heads, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The business manager role is dynamic and adapts to the priorities of different lines of business.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify and improve business processesProvide high responsiveness to executive requests for business analysis, presentation development, and project managementIdentify and mitigate risks associated with business initiativesManage reports, including gathering, publishing, validating, interpreting, and analyzing dataDesign and create data visualization frameworks for reports, scorecards, and other collateralsResolve report gaps and provide recommendations, trend analysis, and forecastingSupport and manage the development and execution of business transformation strategiesDrive adoption of digital technologies to improve operations and customer experiencesAct as back-up for Workplace Resources, Workforce, Finance Management, and other functional areas

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Graduate of any 4-year courseIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and graphic design softwareDemonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and drive agendasProven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reportsStrong attention to detail and focus on design excellenceExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to influence individuals toward common goalsStrong time management and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently

Prior experience in Business ManagementExperience in business transformation and digital technology adoptionAbility to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisionsTenacious and proactive approach to workExcellent written and oral communication skills
