You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives and manage a complex set of responsibilities. Job Responsibilities
Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project workLead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
