CBRE is looking for a Business Applications Trainer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing the capability of our Property Management professionals across Australia. **About the Role** As a Business Applications Trainer, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs across a suite of property management applications. Your work will directly support operational excellence, data accuracy, and the ongoing success of our Property Management business. **Here's what you'll focus on:** • Design and deliver engaging training programs across key property management applications (e.g., MRI, Yardi, Power BI, CMMS). • Create user-friendly materials including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules tailored to different learning styles. • Conduct training sessions in-person, virtually, and one-on-one. • Identify training needs and provide ongoing support to end-users. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and optimise system use. **Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;** • Proven experience in training and development, ideally in property management • Hands-on experience with property management software (MRI, Yardi, etc.) • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across multiple formats • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with e-learning platforms is a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities • Knowledge of property or facilities management principles is highly desirable **So, what’s in it for you?** At CBRE, we’re more than just the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm—we’re a community of professionals driven by excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
