CTG is seekling multiple Business Application Analysts who are responsible for the support, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of revenue cycle and patient access applications within a healthcare environment. This role provides functional and technical support for Eclipsys applications and Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB), with a strong focus on Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows. The analyst works closely with business stakeholders, revenue cycle leadership, and IT teams to ensure system stability, accurate billing, eligibility verification, and efficient end-to-end revenue cycle operations. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Maintenance Provide day-to-day support for Eclipsys revenue cycle and billing applications, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution. Support and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB), including charge capture, claim processing, follow-up, and payment posting workflows. Configure, support, and optimize Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) for insurance verification, coverage discovery, and eligibility responses. Monitor system performance, interface integrity, and data accuracy across supported applications. Revenue Cycle & Business Workflow Support Collaborate with Patient Access, Billing, Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization. Support payer-related configurations, eligibility rules, and billing logic to ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. Configuration, Testing & Upgrades Build and maintain system configurations, dictionaries, rules, and parameters within Epic PB and Eclipsys. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop and maintain test scripts, validation plans, and documentation. Interfaces, Data & Reporting Support eligibility, billing, and financial interfaces related to Epic PB and Eclipsys. Validate inbound and outbound RTE transactions and eligibility responses. Assist with ad hoc reporting, data validation, and reconciliation efforts related to billing and eligibility data. Documentation & Training Create and maintain functional documentation, workflows, build guides, and support procedures. Provide training and ongoing support to end users and operational teams. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic PB, RTE, and Eclipsys revenue cycle functionality. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of healthcare IT application support experience, with hands-on support of: Eclipsys revenue cycle or billing applications Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Epic Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including eligibility verification, billing, claims, and payer workflows. Experience troubleshooting application issues, analyzing data, and supporting interfaces. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Epic Resolute PB certification (preferred but not required). Experience supporting Epic Patient Access workflows related to eligibility and insurance verification. Knowledge of payer rules, EDI transactions (e.g., 270/271), and insurance eligibility processes. Experience with system implementations, conversions, or large-scale upgrades. Familiarity with reporting tools and basic SQL or data analysis. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
