CTG is seeking a skilled Business Application Analyst with hands‑on experience supporting Sunrise Patient Financial Manager (PFM) within the Eclipsys/Allscripts/Altera ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of patient financial workflows and can translate operational needs into optimized system functionality. You will serve as a liaison between clinical, financial, and technical teams to ensure our applications operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Maintenance Provide day‑to‑day support for Sunrise Patient Financial Manager (PFM), including troubleshooting, configuration updates, and workflow optimization. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendor support. Maintain system tables, dictionaries, rules, and financial workflows within the Sunrise environment. Business Analysis & Process Improvement Collaborate with revenue cycle, patient access, billing, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and change requests. Project & Change Management Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects, ensuring thorough testing and validation. Support new feature rollouts, workflow redesigns, and cross‑application integrations. Assist with project planning, timelines, and communication to stakeholders. User Support & Training Provide end‑user support, including issue resolution, workflow guidance, and system navigation assistance. Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for new features or process changes. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation. Data & Reporting Support data extraction, validation, and reporting needs related to patient financial operations. Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure data integrity across Sunrise and downstream systems Qualifications Required Experience supporting Sunrise Patient Financial Manager (PFM) (Eclipsys/Allscripts/Altera). Strong understanding of patient financial workflows such as registration, insurance verification, billing, claims, and payment posting. Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with technical teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
