About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager based in our Amsterdam office. The Business Analytics Manager – Master Franchise transforms complex data and information into clear, compelling stories that guide strategic business decisions. This role creates and manages Tableau dashboards, reports, and executive PowerPoint decks, presenting trends, insights, and market research in a way that is actionable, engaging, and easy to understand. It combines analytical expertise with strong communication skills to turn data into narratives that support internal proposals, assess trade-offs, and inform decisions for both existing MF markets and new business opportunities. Standardized reporting and KPI tracking provide consistency and reliability, enabling teams to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and make informed choices. By translating insights into impactful presentations, this position plays a key role in driving data-informed business strategy and business development decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and Maintain Analytics Tools: Create, manage, and update (Tableau) dashboards and internal reports that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Analyze any MF relevant data sets, such as sales product mix, unit economics, development pacing, store performance across maturity stages, etc. Analyze Trends and Market Insights: Identify, monitor, and interpret industry trends, market research, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions for existing business and potential growth opportunities. Create Executive Presentations: Build (PowerPoint) decks and visual narratives that clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders (MF LT). Standardized Reporting and Track KPIs: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in reporting and dashboards, monitoring KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across teams.

 

Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, finance, operations or similar 5–8 years’ experience in report & dashboard development, leadership presentation setting, previous F&B and/or QSR industry experience is strongly preferred Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to analyze trends, market research, and internal performance data to generate actionable insights. Data Storytelling: Skilled at translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives that support proposals, trade-off analyses, and strategic decision-making. Executive Reporting and Presentation: Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation tools to create persuasive decks for leadership and internal teams. Data Visualization: Advanced experience with Tableau to develop dashboards that highlight trends, KPIs, and performance insights. Decision Support: Ability to evaluate trade-offs, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations that drive business strategy and development. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and influence decisions. Process and Detail Orientation: Ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
