Responsibilites-
+ Translate data findings into actionable business insights that directly impact financial outcomes and strategic decisions.
+ Perform descriptive and opportunity analyses that align with overall business goals.
+ Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, RShiny, or Plotly to create intuitive visualizations for non-technical audiences.
+ Develop automated, embedded analytic insights that inform decision-making across departments.
+ Clearly articulate the business questions, analytics methods, results, and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
+ Lead meetings with structured agendas, ensuring that discussions yield clear next steps and align with business objectives.
+ Negotiate project scope and timelines while balancing fast turnaround with managing technical debt.
+ Independently drive project execution with minimal supervision, ensuring that deliverables align with business expectations.
+ Utilize qualitative and mixed methods approaches to complement quantitative analyses, especially in matched case-control evaluations.
+ Research and integrate new data sources to enhance analysis and drive more informed business strategies.
+ Demonstrate financial acumen by connecting analytics outcomes to business earnings and operational efficiency.
+ Engage in rotational program enhancement opportunities and influence direct management to drive strategic initiatives.

+ The salary for this position is $134,535.72 per year and this role is eligible for standard company benefits.
Qualifications-
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related quantitative field and 3 years of analytics experience.
Must have experience with: health insurance claims data; clinically profiling a member based upon their history of diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and other available information; identifying clinically high-risk members based on commercial health insurance data; evaluation of clinical models and program evaluation; mitigation of spend and improvements in member health outcomes via early identification and engagement with high-risk members; Python; SQL; PySpark; Github; Databricks; evaluating the performance and impact of a clinical model from a data science perspective and a business analytics/financial perspective; communicating technical results to a broad audience, including clinicians, business leaders, and fellow analysts; and modern machine learning methodologies and principles, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training and hyper-parameter tuning, the use of version control to document results, and the construction of feature sets and populations to meet a specific machine learning goal.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
