The Business Analyst - Sustainability works with the Sustainability Analysts to deliver the end to HR Due Diligence process with MDLZ suppliers with guidance from Product Manager - Sustainability.
Key components include working in a fast paced, small team with opportunities to drive automation and process efficiency within the current setup.
This position is accountable for:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the HRDD process
• Periodic reporting for the process metrics
• Identifying and executing process improvement opportunities through automation, process flow design
• Co-ordination with HRDD team and buyers (business team) for annual targets and monthly status
• Following escalation channel in case of non-compliance or no response.
Compliance, Reporting
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. SOPs, HRDD policy etc. Monthly compliance status reporting
Operational Responsibilities
• Manage operational flow and process for new supplier onboarding for HRDD process
• Manage the BV and non-compliance closure requirements for existing suppliers.
• Communication with external suppliers to resolve issues / clarify process
• Automation and process improvement identification. Documentation and updates of related process flows. Implementation of the identified automation opportunities.
• Team management, guidance and supervision for sustainability analysts.
More about this role:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in IT Operations role. Sustainability exposure preferred, but not mandatoryStrong systems skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) with exposure to basic data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, pro-activity and ability to lead small teams.
