You’ll play a key part in shaping how our people experience our platforms by leading workshops, interviews, and process walk‑throughs that uncover real business needs. You’ll translate those insights into clear business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide impactful solutions. You’ll also execute standard operating procedures, support routine operational workflows, and take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving user issues, queries, and complaints, working closely with our external vendor partners and internal technology teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders based in Sydney and New York, giving you the opportunity to work with a truly global team. What you offer
