One of our Financial client is seeking a **Product Operations Analyst** to manage operations and drive risk mitigation strategies for Digital Wallet products available to client customers.

**Max pay $50-$58/hr on W2** .

**Role Description:**
We are looking for a **Product Operations Analyst** to manage operations and drive risk mitigation strategies for Digital Wallet products available to American Express customers. The person taking this role will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust operations and risk mitigation strategy, ensuring quality and reliability for processes and platforms, and enabling the team’s ongoing development of new Wallet features & capabilities.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ **Manage critical workflows:** Ensure key processes are executed in a compliant and high-quality fashion.
+ **Collaborate with stakeholders:** Work with Servicing, Compliance, and Control Management Governance teams to clarify requirements and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
+ **Partner with engineers:** Ensure platform health, identify potential issues, and resolve bugs robustly.
+ **Monitor customer feedback:** Become an expert in customer pain points and problems, providing satisfactory resolutions.
+ **Manage alerts and reporting:** Assess the effectiveness of existing solutions and implement new capabilities where necessary.
+ **Document critical knowledge:** Organize all essential information to empower seamless knowledge transfer across the team.
+ **Improve control management practices:** Identify opportunities to enhance practices and mitigate operational risk.
+ **Subject matter expertise:** Understand relevant regulatory requirements to build enhanced controls for adherence.
+ **Monitor industry trends:** Stay informed about external trends and marketplace dynamics impacting the payments and banking industry.
**Key Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 1 - 4 years in product operations, project management, or a similar role.
+ **Skills:** Strong organizational and communication skills; tremendous attention to detail.
+ **Analytics:** Ability to gather and analyze data to inform decisions.
+ **Customer focus:** Enthusiasm for exceptional products and services, deep customer empathy, and keen product intuition.
+ **Influence:** Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and influence others.
+ **Technical understanding:** Knowledge of tech and product development processes, known as a “business person who can talk tech.”
