PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Business Analyst M/ F/D. What if it was you?
Your mission: Our Core Project Unit is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
The Core Project Unit is a management team overseeing all projects performed within PwC Luxembourg. The team aims to increase its capability to support business in their transformation (organizational, technologic, cultural).
As our Business Analyst, you will be the support to the Project Management on project management activities.

Assist project teams in implementing project and change management activities; Document/analyze “as is” process and propose areas to improve efficiency; Propose “to be” processes and document business requirements by closely working with the business stakeholders; Facilitate process modeling workshops, hold meetings, research processes, collect data, analyze information, document procedures; Participate in defining, structuring and implementing organizational changes.Let’s talk about you. Can demonstrate business analysis experience in large-scale project management; Are recognised for your excellent communication in English and analytical skills; Have a good command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel; Have experience using AI‑powered tools (e.g., for data analysis, documentation, or process design) and are comfortable integrating them into daily project and business analysis activities. Have a genuine interest in cultural change and new technologies. Are self-motivated and highly responsible for daily work.You are the candidate we are looking for!
