Additional information is available at: https://burlingtonstores.jobs/our-burlington/ **A Day In The Life** Our internship program is a starting point for a career journey at Burlington and here is a peek at what you can expect: + A 10-week summer program working as a Business Analyst with our Store Operations team where you’lllead and contribute to projects with both our corporate and field associates. + Hands-on experience and responsibility working on creating technology-driven solutions for our store teams, analyzing trends to drive growth, and supporting our stores to deliver a neat, clean, and efficient shopping experience for our customers, + Direct management from our Store Operations leadership and mentorship from our team members who willbe your “buddy” for support and guidance throughout the program experience. + Ahybrid experience, including time in the office, time at stores, and time remote.An opportunity to put your analytics skills to the test with real business challenges and tasks. **Our Day in the Life of a** **Business** **Analyst** **Intern** + Identify, analyze, and implement operational process improvements to enhance store efficiency and associate workflows. + Define and document “Best Methods” for in-store processes to ensure consistency and optimize performance. + Analyze store-level data to propose and develop improved reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs. + Leverage tools such as Power BI, and Excel to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute solutions that increase process throughput and improve the customer experience. + Build business acumen by contributing to strategic projects that impact daily operations and long-term store success. + Develop hypotheses, build analytical frameworks, test solutions, and translate findings into recommendations to identify the most effective approaches for business challenges. **You'll Come With** + ​Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Finance, Engineering) with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. + Affinity for process improvement, strategic business operations, data analytics, and technical problem-solvingespecially within fast-paced, evolving environments like Operations and Supply Chain. + Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms. + Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. + Data-driven problem-solver who can build andmaintain productive partnerships by living our core values. Time in the office and in stores is paramount to success in this role, as such, reliable transportation is required as our stores may not always be easily accessible by public transportation.
