Amazon Private Brands’ Global Sourcing Quality team is looking for customer-obsessed intern to lead AI-driven automation initiatives to drive product and factory excellence. The duration of the internship will be at least 24 weeks. The intern will work in the Amazon Global Sourcing office in Nanshan, Shenzhen.
The successful candidates will enjoy learning business fundamentals, quality management and continuous improvement methodologies, building AI agents and automation solutions to identify and quantify opportunities in products and production, and driving improvement activities. The ideal candidates will thrive in a highly collaborative, analytical, creative, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates must be self-driven, have excellent learning capability and strong problem-solving skills to break down complex workflows, and a results-oriented mindset to deliver measurable business impact. Finally, candidates must also be a strong communicator, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders concisely and effectively.

Key job responsibilities
- Build data pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources;
- Analyze data with scientific methodologies. Identify and quantify opportunities in product and packaging quality, manufacturing efficiency and consistency;
- Design and develop AI agents to automate data analysis, opportunity identification, improvement action tacking and effectivenss evaluation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Quality, Marketing, Business Management, Technology to identify automation opportunities, define use cases, and measure business impact
- Continuously optimize existing automation solutions based on user feedback, business metrics and evolving business needs.
