Prime Video Trust and Safety seeks an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and execute on agentic solutions that safeguard our global customer base. In this high-visibility role, you will analyze complex data ecosystems, identify sophisticated patterns of abuse, and develop innovative strategies to protect our customers and content. You will partner with technical and business leaders to architect and implement AI-powered solutions that detect and mitigate trust and safety risks across the Prime Video platform worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead comprehensive analysis of trust and safety metrics to identify emerging trends, systemic risks, and strategic opportunities for improvement
• Develop detailed business requirements and implementation roadmaps for agentic solutions that detect and mitigate content policy violations
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with data science, engineering, and product teams to implement and optimize sophisticated AI models for content moderation at global scale
• Design executive-level dashboards and analytical frameworks that track the effectiveness of trust and safety measures and inform strategic decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on the impact of agentic solutions on customer experience, business metrics, and operational efficiency
• Identify and champion opportunities to scale and automate trust and safety processes through innovative technical solutions
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and content teams to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations and internal standards
• Present compelling data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams
• Develop and execute on strategic initiatives that advance Prime Video's trust and safety capabilities in an evolving digital landscape
A day in the life
This is an IC role, that drive model performance insights through data analytics in our Trust & Safety team. Analyze metrics, conduct quality assessments, and identify key factors affecting model effectiveness. Produce evidence-backed reports translating complex technical data into actionable recommendations. Present findings to science, engineering, and program teams. Bridge technical and business perspectives to enhance trust and safety solutions that protect millions of customers worldwide. Your analytical expertise will directly impact Prime Video's ability to deliver a safe, exceptional streaming experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 7+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) and 4+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems experience
- Experience driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
