Job OverviewTeam/Role Overview:
The Business Analyst Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical organization-wide applications. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services related to application ownership for the entire organization. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, application lifecycle, configuration and policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.

Business Analyst ExperienceExperience with learning application implementation and management Project Management experience preferredTeam Management experienceTechnical expert including proficiency with Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies, as well as experience working with JIRAKnown internally and externally as reliable, knowledgeable resource.Project management experience – preferably working with technology implementations and the ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics and ability to identify and provide analysis on application healthAbility to identify issues, problems and potential risks and generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional.Experience managing vendor relationshipsStays abreast of current learning industry trends and new technology and has expertise leveraging AI and scoping efficiency improvementsBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceWhat we can offer you:
