Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst / Financial Practitioner to join their team. As a Business Analyst / Financial Practitioner, you will be part of the finance department supporting various technology executives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Analyst / Financial Practitioner
**Location:** Charlotte, NC - Local Candidates Only (3 Days Onsite Per Week Required)
**Pay Range:** Competitive
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage technology executives' base and initiative allocations to ensure accurate spending and recovery.
+ Report on and mitigate monthly variances between forecasts and actuals, keeping discrepancies to a minimum.
+ Collaborate with project managers and resource managers to capture resource allocations and forecasts.
+ Provide weekly financial updates to technology executives on the financial health of their organization.
+ Support the yearly planning process, tracking work efforts against team capacity and project funding expectations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong financial experience with forecasting and financial analysis.
+ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, sumifs, and vlookups.
+ Ability to manage and consolidate multiple data sources into insightful reports.
+ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
+ Highly organized, motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
