Actively solicits, analyzes customer requirements in collaboration with Product Owner in order to ensure that the project team can develop solutions that meet customer´s needs. Establishes and mantains agreement between customer and team on requirements for the deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multiple teams to gather project scope and transform it into technical details for developers.

Utilize intermediate to advanced MYSQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

Create and manage detailed project documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project.

Communicate effectively in advanced English with stakeholders and team members.

Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Apply knowledge of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle to ensure project alignment and success.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MYSQL and experienced with personal computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office, VISIO, Adobe, and MS Project.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Methodology: Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices
