Job Overview

The Business Analytics Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.

Responsibilities

Marketing analytics experience

Experience across different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison etc.

Predictive modeling using Machine Learning

Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findingsContinuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilitiesWork closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

Qualifications:

2-4 years of relevant experience for candidates with Masters' degree; 4+ years relevant experience for candidates with Bachelors' degreeGood communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members

Education:

Masters (preferred) in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Economics or similar quantitative disciplines
