We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a project for a leading European automotive financial services provider, focused on digital solutions supporting leasing and financing processes.

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Languages

German and English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR)

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and coordinate business requirements

Conduct workshops with stakeholders

Perform process analysis, optimization, and documentation

Conceptualize product features and functional solutions

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear user stories

Conduct and support functional testing

Collaborate closely with development and delivery teams

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis, process management, and requirements engineering within software development projects

Ideally, experience in the financial services domain

Knowledge of leasing processes is a strong plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability and willingness to commit to a long-term engagement

Nice to Have

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Experience with or certification in SAFe

Experience with or certification in SOFICO Miles
