Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, Agile environments, and API/microservices projects. This role is part of the Confirming BAU team and focuses on functional analysis, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Main Responsibilities

Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements. Produce detailed documentation and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize the backlog (user stories, epics, tasks). Validate requirements with business teams. Develop functional designs including data models and interfaces. Define integrations, system flows, and dependencies. Participate in defining operating models and procedures.

Essential Requirements

Experience with APIs, microservices, and Agile environments Strong functional analysis and documentation capabilities Knowledge of Jira and Confluence High English level (C1) Experience in international environments

Nice to Have

Experience in banking/financial services
