Business Analyst
Job Description Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Skills and Requirements • 5-7 years’ work experience as a business analyst with technical teams. • 5 years’ experience in working within Scaled Agile framework. • 5 years’ experience with Data Mapping. • 3 years’ experience with API integration and testing tools. • Strong analytical mindset demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information. • Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis. • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills. • Adept at collaboration and teamwork. • Healthcare or Insurance industry experience in Provider and Managed Healthcare • Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools including IBM Engineering Workflow Management products, Rally, Teams etc. • Experience as a Scaled Agile Product Owner. • Practice with application development.
