Skills and Requirements • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new initiatives or enhancements. • Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements. • Project Coordination: Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and technical specifications. • Testing Support: Assist in developing test scenarios and validating solutions against requirements. • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve roadblocks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, process mapping software, and basic data analysis. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). • SharePoint - SharePoint "development" building with SharePoint - gathering information • Microsoft Office Suite
