As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders and agile teams to gather and clarify requirements, with a focus on enhancing the management of unstructured data and meeting governance standards. You will write user stories and acceptance criteria, help prioritise and refine the backlog, and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews. In addition, you will map and improve business processes related to data governance, support testing activities, and ensure solutions meet both business and compliance needs, communicating progress and issues clearly to the team and stakeholders. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a governance-focused environment Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including working as part of a product team using scrum methodologiesPrior experience in the financial services sector or a similar regulated environment, with a strong risk mindset Experience implementing governance solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience or knowledge using artificial intelligence with unstructured data is valuable.
