Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a financial services company and one of the fastest growing commercial banks. This role will be a process and analytics specialist within the NBL Product Team, reporting directly to the team lead/director. The role will be comprised of many different tasks ranging from analyzing complex business problems through data (both internal and external) to working with business users to compile reports or usable metrics. May provide consultation to users and lead cross functional discussions to address business issues and prototyping solutions for displaying information based on business needs. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal partner to define and update business requirements, assess priorities and impacts and recommend start dates for queued projects to align with core objectives. You will also support change management initiatives by delivering training and communications, ensuring all changes are properly documented and shared with the implementation team(s). In the data space, you will collect, organize and analyze data to identify trends, summarize any findings and develop recommendations to keep milestones on track. Skills and Requirements -4+ years of related experience. -High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. -Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. -Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. -Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks. -Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite. -Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred. -Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
